Brandy happened to be in the same building as my hair stylist so I made an appointment with her "out of the blue." I have been going to her ever since ... now, for years! Usually my appointments are for pedicures but I had her do a French manicure for me today and it is perfection!! Brandy is the answer to every woman's dream!!
